Pole Fitness classes are all one hour duration, and incorporate a full warm-up and warm-down to avoid injury. 

Private lessons and practice time slots are made available for our students when regular classes are not in session on any week night and weekends when
pre-booked.

Practice sessions (Playtime) can also be held at the same time as a Pole Party, however, this will be limited to the private room only.

Due to popularity, we have had to instigate waiting lists for some sessions.  If you cannot attend a class, please ensure you let us know so we can let another student take this vacancy.
